Centering on the state of Oklahoma, this issue highlights the dedication, discipline, and leadership of those who wear the stripes.

The cover feature spotlights Dwayne Doolittle and Billy Torrance, both trailblazers in Oklahoma’s officiating community known for his integrity, mentorship, and decades of service on and off the court.
